Free salsa and pesto tasting, made with fresh, home-grown tomatoes and seasoning mixes that are available for purchase in the gift shoppe. Tomatoes were field grown from varieties (including some heirlooms) that we carry. We will also have samples of these tomato varieties to try. There will be a demonstration on the proper planting method for growing tomatoes in a container, and we will be handing out tomato recipes for you to take home and try.
Prices Cheaper Than Dirt! Low prices on all goods with selected items up to 50% off. We Care Club members will receive an advance notice postcard, which they can bring with them to receive an extra 10% off of one sale item.
We are hosting a booth at the Evansville Woman Today Exposition, in partnership with the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure Foundation. We will be featuring breast cancer-themed items including silk florals and pink-blooming shrubs and perennials. Put your name in a drawing for a chance to win a signed and framed art piece by local artist and mother-in-law of Chris Combs, Jane Schaefer Smith. We will also be giving away coupons that are redeemable at Combs Nursery.
Any plant that blooms pink will be on sale for 20% off. In conjunction with the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure, we will be collecting donations and will match the total amount up to $500.00.
Customers can stroll the grounds and choose from thousands of specimen shade and flowering trees. Trees will be dug and installed in December. Put your name in a drawing for a chance to win a free installation for one tree.
For all purchases, we will be offering 5% off of the planting fee and free local delivery.

We Care Club members will receive an advance notice postcard, which they can bring in and enter into a drawing for a chance to win a $200.00 Combs Gift Certificate. There will be food, drink and merriment by the light of candles. Warm up in our tropical greenhouse and chase away those winter blues.
Enjoy cider, cookies and snacks while shopping. All Christmas items will be 20% off. There will be a drawing for 3 door prizes.
